A year in review

Hello all,

It’s the end of the year so we have decided to do a podcast on a year in review!

These are the movies we loved, disliked, were disappointed in or just glad we didn’t waste time on seeing. We have also added in some clips from the movies, music and more!

• The guy from the things Gillian likes is Steve Coogan. Duh.
• Here is the entire Awesome Mix Vol. 1 from Guardians of the Galaxy. It’s awesome.
• Phil Lord and Chris Miller are behind 22 Jump Street and The Lego Movie. Good job guys!

 

 

Singing Cinderella cobblers

Hello all,

Hope everyone is having a nice holiday week. If you are seeing a movie may the odds be ever in your favor.

This week we find out that there are three Nights at the Museum, watch Adam Sandler find a way to be the star of a movie by somehow making other people act for him in The Cobbler,  have our eyes blinded by the colorful saturation of Cinderella, and are already in love with Pitch Perfect 2.

Also, Gillian has seen Interstellar and Chef in the past week and she recommends both. Both Gillian and Jaclyn have seen Birdman.….and have differing opinions. Look for a podcast where we talk just about that film.

You know, sometimes movies can be really weird. Like, you wonder how they even get made.

We cover some movies like that in this week’s podcast. We also learn that Gillian still hates apes, everyone loves Stanley Tucci and Gary Oldman ages backwards.

In this episode we travel between stars in Interstellar, mix machines with dinosaurs with Transformers: Age of Extinction, anger some monkeys (Sorry, apes) with Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and board a crazy train called Snowpiercer.
